Due to rising operational costs there will be a fee increase on Jan 1st, 2024. Please see the new fees on the individual session descriptions.

As a clinic we aim to keep these increases small, but we do have to respond to the increasing costs that are needed to provide excellent care. If you have any questions please reach out to Matt (matt@thephysiohub.ca).

I was born and raised in England and that is where I achieved my Masters in Physiotherapy. Having worked in the UK for a number of years, I recently moved to the Collingwood area. I am an active person and hope to set a good example for my patients so that they can maintain an active lifestyle for as long as possible.

I love to work with patients who play racquet sports and golf. I attended university in the States on a Tennis Scholarship and use my knowledge and experience to help people maintain their game, perform at their best and prevent injuries.

As well as racquet sport injuries, I have experience in treating those recovering post- operatively and those with musculoskeletal injuries limiting their day-to-day activities. I see physiotherapy as predominantly exercise-based, where we work together as a team to reach a meaningful goal.

Only having moved overseas from England in August 2022, I am still adventuring my way around Collingwood. I am quickly getting to explore the area by running, hiking and paddleboarding. However, most of the time you’ll likely find me on the golf course.

My physiotherapy focus is on getting people back to what they love doing from sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. Whether this be returning from injury and getting back on the pitch for the big game, or wanting to being able to cook without elbow pain, I get the same buzz from helping you reach your goals.

I have experience with a range of conditions, and further training in manual therapy, exercise and dry needling. I take an active approach to physio and rehab, which means you will be moving, exercising and involved in your own recovery process.

Outside of the clinic I am an active person. I grew up playing every sport I could find, mainly football (soccer), and now I split my time between running, being in the gym, and playing golf as much as possible.

I am married to my Physio Hub partner in crime Robyn, and we have a little guy, Jack. We love heading up to the family cottage, and exploring the Georgian Bay area for hikes, trails, beaches, coffee shops, and local breweries :).

Growing up as a competitive dancer in the GTA, led to plenty of time spent on a treatment table; which first sparked my interest in Physiotherapy. I was fortunate to combine my love of travelling with my eduction and wound up in the UK to complete my MSc in Physiotherapy. While there, I switched from being sports focused to loving complex care.

My experience has been working with clients with an acquired brain injury, neurological conditions/diseases, amputations as well as complex orthopaedic injuries. My client’s abilities range greatly, so my focus is always to provide strategies to promote independence and improve their quality of life; whatever that means to them.

While overseas, I met my husband Matt who is also my partner at The Physio Hub. We moved to Collingwood in late 2019 and have since had a baby boy! In our spare time we love going to the family cottage, stand up paddle boarding and travelling.
